Each mantra creates its own rhythms of breathing, which expresses certain moods and emotions and improves our mental state. Mantras can enable you to see and hear things beyond the physical world, remember dreams and silence the mind. The practice of mantras can change your experience of life, filling each day with enthusiasm and creative energy. A mantra can make the impossible possible. Maya is a K.R.I certified Kundalini Yoga teacher born in Macedonia who came to England in the early 1990s to complete her training as a classical pianist. Having practiced a variety of Yoga methods for years, Maya trained to be a Kundalini teacher under Shiv Charan Singh at teh Karam Kriya School in London. Apart from leading yoga retreats, workshops and tours around the world, Maya also performs her music in concerts. Maya has released a range of DVDs and Musical CDs and her first book, Yoga for Real Life, was released in January 2010, Maya is now based in Los Angeles.
