Movie Summary

Vidya, a young girl, gives up her studies to look after her father and younger brother on her mothers death. The only dream she had was that her brother Rajoo, would study well and take up the care of the family. But Rajoo was given to all sorts of pranks, like bunking from school, beg in the streets for fun and make trouble in general. When Rajoo was caught stealing money from a fellow student, their father died of a broken heart. The death shook up Rajoo and he promised to reform himself. While on their way to Bombay, Rajoo and Vidya get separated. After years they meet in shocking circumstances. Vidya has been blinded in an accident, and Rajoo has become one of the victims of the numerous criminal gangs that abound the city. Would their dream ever come true?
