Movie Summary

Marudhar Express' is a story of an innocent man Marudhar (Kunaal Roy Kapur) and his ambitious wife Chitra (Tara-Alisha Berry) who struggle with the pressure of childbirth right after their arranged marriage. Marudhar is the only son of his tyrant father, Ashok Pandey (Rajesh Sharma). Looking at Marudhar’s boring life due to his laid back approach, Ashok makes marriage plans for him to which he is not allowed to refuse. What follows is a comedy of ridiculous proportions as Marudhar has to marry the sweet yet bold Chitra. With no experience in dealing with women, let alone a wife, Marudhar embarks on an emotional and equally hilarious journey in no time as he tries to find his feet amidst love, life and family. The story then deals with all the problems a couple faces post an arranged marriage in a comic way.
