Kishen has left his parents’ home and is studying medicine while living in a hostel. It is here he meets Reena Brown, a Christian, and both fall in love. Reena has already suffered a broken-heart when her boyfriend, John Clayton, married Emily and re-located to London. Reena introduces Kishen to her dad, James, who approves and soon the couple start planning to get married through the Registrar of Marriages. When Pandit comes to know, he is enraged and visits Reena and her dad. He warns Reena that if the marriage takes place then he will never be able to get his unmarried daughter get married, as well as never welcome her and Kishen home either. An argument ensues between Pandit and James and both decide not to give their consent to this marriage. Reena also decides not to get married either. Police Inspector Sultan Singh comes from a poor family and lives with his mom, Rukmani, and dad, Ram Singh. He is asked by his superiors to work in the region of his village under Police Inspector Rajiv Chouhan, which he accepts. When he arrives home, his finds his parents destitute, his father, Ram Singh, a bonded laborer under the cruel control of Thakur Shankar Singh and his equally cruel brothers Bhushan, & Zaalim. When he finds out that his father is being whipped, he decides to intervene, a fight ensues, he ends up killing one of the Thakur’s employee, his father is killed, he is arrested by Inspector Chouhan, but manages to escape and become a bandit himself, out to avenge his father’s death and his mother humiliation. He comes to the aid of a dancer named Ramkali, but finds out subsequently that she has an alias – that of Bandit Raksha, who is also on the path of revenge against Shankar Singh and his brothers. The film revolves around two people. Lal is an ambitious guy who wants to start his own business and make it big in life. Das is a loudmouth, and a very arrogant person. The two manage to get hold of 5100 rupees and they open a vada pav centre. As luck would have it, Lal wins Rs. 2 lakhs in a contest. The duo plan to start a travel agency. Since they do not have enough money to buy a vehicle, they use spare parts of old cars to create a bus. Trusting Das to come up with a good make of a bus, he blindly hands over the prize money to him. Lal manages to get passengers for their first ride. But when the bus comes all hell breaks loose with people demanding their money back. But when the passengers are forced to ride in it, it creates a unique experience for them.The group finds dying thief and he tells them about a hidden prize with a map. They tear the map and everyone keeps s piece, to work together. However, greed leads to a rat race, but they somehow manage to find gold under a statue which they pulled down, but the gold is seized by the police. After the police are off with the gold, the passengers as well as the bus owner duo begin to repent their greed and decide to do a “philanthropic” job by fixing the fallen statue. But trying to fix the statue they manage to break it into pieces. Inside is a pack of diamonds.
